Anastasia Mwele, mother to controversial Minister of God Paul Mackenzie has for the first time come out publicly since the revelations of a religious cult in Kilifi connected to her child .
Mwele, in a meeting with NTV, asserted that Mackenzie has no case to answer.

Mackenzie's mom, a resident of Furunzi Village in Malindi claimed that that her son quit preaching in 2019.
"It's painful to see everybody calling my child a killer . She argued if her child was a killer , he would have killed her first. Those blaming him are his previous adherents," said Mwele.
Revealing her child's process from childhood , Mwele claimed violently that Mackenzie has forever been obedient and would never hurt anybody.
"I'm not protecting Mackenzie but rather anybody that knows him knows that he is a decent individual. During his evangelist days, he preached what each minister of God does, the good news of Christ. How could a normal individual be told to fast themselves to death and really do that?" she asked
Mackenzie's brother additionally ended the quietness, repeating his mom's opinions. He said his sibling, Paul Mackenzie was blameless.
